Required every five years or on change of tenancy. Non-compliance: fines up to £30,000. Only NICEIC or NAPIT approved contractors can issue a legally valid EICR — GEM 24/7 holds both accreditations, making us one of the only teams in central London qualified to issue reports under either scheme.
